The White Glove On-Premises Event Server Certification is designed for event servers working in established venues such as banquet halls, hotels, wedding venues, country clubs, conference centers, restaurants, and other event facilities.
This course focuses on the practical standards that contribute to polished, consistent, and professional event service. Students will learn how to prepare for a shift, follow service direction, set and maintain guest areas, provide professional food and beverage service, communicate with guests, coordinate with the service team, respond appropriately to changing situations, and complete event closing responsibilities.
Throughout the course, the White Glove Standard™ emphasizes professional presentation, attention to detail, courteous communication, service timing, teamwork, and guest awareness. Students will also learn the importance of following the venue’s established procedures and management direction while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
